“This recipe assumes you have already made plain rice. You can also do it with minute rice, it comes out great if you’re in a hurry.”
- Leftover white rice
- Bean sprouts, chopped
- Spring onions, chopped
- (Any other leftover vegetables)
- Heat oil in a skillet, add rice.
- Add chopped bean sprouts, chopped spring onions, and any other leftover vegetables.
- Sprinkle soy sauce on it all, until it looks like the right colour.
- Mix it all up while frying.
