“I came up with this one day when I didnt have much
left in the house, and it came out great.”

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 bag shredded vegan mozzarella
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 small can green chiles
  • 2 large cloves garlic
  • salt, to taste

Directions:

  1. Chop the tomato and lay it out on a plate or cutting board. Salt it well and let sit for 10 minutes. This really helps put flavour back into tasteless tomatoes.
  2. Shred the garlic on the small holes of a cheese shredder. Mix everything together and microwave for 3 minutes
  3. Serve with crispy warm, thick tortilla chips.
