Karin loved her visit to Shakti Veda Spa and can not wait to go back. A wonderful atmosphere and Zane and her expert team put you at ease. Karin loved trying out one of the spas signature treatments – the incredible ‘Relax’ Spa followed by a Ritual herbal Spice bath and a herbal tea to unwind further.
‘Relax’ Spa ritual’ is designed to unwind your mind and calm the nervous system. This two and a half hour experience combines destress breathing techniques and relaxation followed by a warm oil full body massage, forehead oil flow to iron-out your stress lines completely. Acupressure points withholding a normal flow of energy will be stimulated during a massage to regain a normal flow of energy.
According to Ayurveda Vaata a bio-physical force is mainly responsible for the retention of stress and tension in the body and mind. If these are the qualities you notice being dominant, then this treatment is what you need.
“I felt absolutely amazing after trying the ‘Relax’ Spa ritual. I would say it is the best treatment I have ever had. It made me realise how stressed I usually am and how wonderful it is to feel so calm and relaxed after something like this.
I couldn’t recommend Zane highly enough. Her products are vegan, organic and she is passionate about helping others look and feel the best they can.”
The organic day spa and lifestyle salon comprises two floors. The centre is built according to the ancient architecture principles of Vaashtu Shastra, which originates from the ancient Vedic era.
The venue oozes relaxation and embraces healing as you walk through the door. The ground floor comprises organic store selling organic products for body care and taste buds.
The lower ground floor comprises day apa of four treatment rooms, customer shower facilities and relaxing waiting area.
