Last year a record breaking 250,000 people took part in “Veganuary”.  Living without animal products during January, with daily recipes and shopping ideas from the wonderful team at Veganuary.

VeggieVision TV and Plant Powered Expo presenter Karin Ridgers was one of the first to know about Veganuary at the end of 2013 – before it was even a thing!

“We were so excited with the idea and it is inspirational how much Veganuary grows each year.”

However what happens after Veganuary achievement…….?
