Roasted peanuts are one of the all time greatest bar snacks, and they are much easier to make at home than you might think. Serve with a cold beer, a glass or juice, or on their own when you fancy a snack!
Step 1: Cook Your Peanuts
Put your peanuts on a baking tray with or without their shells, then cook them in the oven for 15 minutes at 190 to 200 degrees. Shake them every couple of minutes so they cook evenly.
Step 2: Serve
Remove them from the oven after about 15 minutes, allow them to cool, and serve.
