“I’m going to show you how to make low fat smoothies. Now, smoothies do not have to be bursting full of ice cream and full fat milk. There are alternatives that you can use to make lovely, gorgeous, and tasty smoothies that are low in fat.
Now, what I tend to use here as a good basis is I have a low-fat soy milk or rice milk because these are quite creamy, also lower in fat. Of course, use what milk you feel comfortable with using. However, I would say, do explore, try other milks out there.”
