You will need:
- 1 banana
- handful of berries
- half a glass of milk
Step 1: Add Banana, Berries And Soy Milk To A Blender
Peel a banana, break into pieces and place into the blender. Add a handful of berries. Pour in half a glass of soy milk. Blend well and pour into a glass. Serve.
