Step 1: Removing The Peach Stone
Wash the peaches and leave them to dry. Cut them in half, and twist the two halves apart, then cut the piece with the seed in half again and remove the flesh from the seed.
Step 2: Cut The Peaches
Cut all your peaches up into slices. Get a measuring jug and put a freezer bag into it, then put all your peach pieces into the freezer bag.
Step 3: Freeze The Peaches
Add 1/8th of a teaspoon of ascorbic acid to about 1 pint of apple juice, mix well, and pour over your peaches. Fill the bag to about 1 inch above the level of the fruit. Try and squeeze the air out, then twist the bag and seal it closed. If is now ready to freeze.
