- 2 potatoes washed and cubed
- 1 onion chopped up
- 4 cloves garlic, shredded or minced
- Garlic powder
- Garlic salt
- Onion powder
- Onion salt
- Olive oil
- Chopped fresh or dried basil
- Mix all together and bake, covered, until soft.
- Mix it all up again, getting the garlic oil and onions all over the potatoes.
- Bake uncovered until the tops are brown and crispy.
