  • 2 potatoes washed and cubed
  • 1 onion chopped up
  • 4 cloves garlic, shredded or minced
  • Garlic powder
  • Garlic salt
  • Onion powder
  • Onion salt
  • Olive oil
  • Chopped fresh or dried basil


  1. Mix all together and bake, covered, until soft.
  2. Mix it all up again, getting the garlic oil and onions all over the potatoes.
  3. Bake uncovered until the tops are brown and crispy.
