The sun not only damages our skin, but our hair too. As lovely as it’s been to work on our tans, our hair has truly suffered in this heat… Coincidentally, we’ve been working on a dry hair feature, and so have a bundle of wonderful, hydrating products to share with you!
Odylique – Gentle Herb Shampoo
First of all, we immediately fell in love with this product and brand due to their gorgeous packaging. It’s so sophisticated, and simple – gorgeous! It’s a very unique, natural shampoo that is bursting with organic herbal ingredients and coconut oil to nourish the scalp. It truly works for plenty of people that suffer with itchy, dry scalps, so we recommend that you try it out! The formula is more liquid based than conventional shampoos, but it actually does feel so soothing on the scalp. It’s free from all sulphates, and is the first shampoo to ever achieve Soil Association approval.

Natural World – Hydration & Shine Coconut Range
Coconut milk has countless benefits for your hair health: it’s known to promote hair growth, restore dry hair, and more. This coconut range is targeted towards dehydrated and dull-looking hair, which can definitely happen over the duration of summer. The products include 95% natural derived ingredients, and they contain 0 parabens, phosphates, phthalates, dyes, or gluten. It’s amazing how much product is in the shampoo and conditioner, they’ll definitely keep us going for a long time! The coconut oil product is in a lovely, small bottle which is perfect for travel – it can fit perfectly in a makeup bag. After showering, we love to add some of the oil on the lengths and ends of our hair – it makes our hair so soft!

Design.ME – Fab.Me Treatment
This literally IS the mother of all hair treatments. I don’t think we have come across a product (yet) that has so many benefits?! It protects colour, protects from heat and environmental damage, conditions and adds shine… And that’s just the beginning! We have loved trying out this brand’s products, their packaging is so fun and bright, not to mention that the products are so innovative! There are no sulphates, no parabens, and they’re gluten-free too! It’s luckily quite a lightweight product, but we do recommend shaking the bottle first and spraying a fair distance away from your hair.

Noughty – To The Rescue Range (from The Vegan Kind)
Noughty is a vegan, cruelty-free haircare brand, and their products are 97% natural! They have various product ranges, but the ‘To The Rescue‘ range is perfect for treating hair that needs a moisture boost. The shampoo and conditioner utilises natural ingredients like sweet almond to help nourish, tame and repair damaged hair without stripping away oils and moisture. Your hair will feel super soft and look shiny afterwards – we promise! They both smell gorgeous and fruit too, so that’s always a positive. The anti-frizz serum is packed with argan oil, and is super effective. It’s so great to see natural products making such noticeable difference on our hair! This is certainly our go-to summer haircare range.
