This paella is a winner at any BBQ. Easy and fun to make and the results always receive compliments from the guests. What’s not to like?
It is a very social food – traditionally eaten by everyone from the frying pan – which is the paella!
We love that you can try out different versions – with or without vegan meats. Maybe try some vegan prawns? Or vegan chorizo or even a mix of various beans…..
