Diverse range of global vegan cuisine available at VegfestUK Bristol 2018

VegfestUK events are renowned as hotbeds of fine and sumptuous vegan foods, and the breadth and quality of food varieties available at the upcoming Bristol event at Ashton Gate stadium on May 26-27 reaches yet another new level, with a number of street food caterers serving wave after wave of majestic vegan dishes that complement one another nicely and that will leave not only vegans and the vegan-curious, but even the most dedicated meat-eaters yearning for more.

With Ashton Gate’s in-house Heineken Lounge and Doughballers Pizzeria also chipping in with their own sit-down 3-course vegan menus, and the venue’s bars open all day and evenings, foodies and festival lovers will have an absolute treat eating and drinking the weekend away whilst living the vegan experience at this superb venue.

Street Food Caterers

Without further ado, let’s look at the absolute heroes that are the food caterers who will be present at the event:

A Taste of Thailand will be serving freshly prepared delicious Pad Thai and thai curries

Babita’s Spice Deli will have available their streetfood chaats, such as Aloo Tikki Chaat, traditional vegan curries, such as Garlic & Aubergine and Channa Dhal.

Booja-Booja will be serving their exquisite organic ice cream, which is dairy- and gluten-free, and made using a few simple organic ingredients.

BUN will serve a selection of delicious organic vegan burgers with home-made toppings and chips and whole earth cans of drink.

Chaatit will have available a selection of Indian vegan cuisine straight from the streets of Mumbai.

Churrromania with their freshly deep-fried and sugar-coated churros alongside their vegan chocolate dips

Coast Coffee specialises in locally roasted coffee and will also be providing milkshakes, protein shakes, and vegan street food.

Crepe Roulette will be serving freshly prepared vegan crepes with a variety of toppings and sauces

Greek Vegan Deli brings you a selection of Mediterranean vegan recipes with gluten-free speciality breads

Hempen will be bringing their hemp burgers and cakes to the event

Herbivorous has in store a selection of dishes from the Californian vegan fast food scene

Happy Maki rolls out exquisitely prepared vegan sushi burritos to order with a fine selection of ingredients

Island Delights makes vegan Caribbean patties with authentic Caribbean flavours

Kaya Vegan Foods will have in store a tantalising selection of vegan cakes and vegan burgers

Pitfield Brewery will serve handpulled and keg craft beer, cider, and wine, Pitfield Eco Warrior, Pitfield 1850 London Porter, Dominion Woodbine Racer and Rose Brew beers, alongside their great ciders and wines, and their record player and LP’s to amuse and entertain.

Spice up your Life will be serving Punjabi vegan cuisine – including their household curries and variety of vegan bhajis and samosas, plus soya-based mango lassi and soya mince for wraps, vegan naan bread and condiments.

World Food with their giant vegan falafel wraps with fresh salads.
