We have never met anyone who doesn’t like mushrooms! And these Traeger BBQ’d mushrooms are utterly delicious. Make many more than you think you will need! And if you are cooking when the sun is shining let your mushrooms sunbathe a little – yes they actually soak up sunshine and this increases their vitamin D!

This tasty side dish just might steal the show. Mushrooms require little prep time and absorb that rich, hardwood smoke flavour. Toss them into any recipe that calls for mushrooms, add a hint of smoke and an earthy depth to your dish.

INGREDIENTS:

4 Cup Baby Portobello, whole, cleaned

1 Tablespoon canola oil

1 Teaspoon onion powder

1 Teaspoon granulated garlic

1 Teaspoon salt

1 Teaspoon pepper

Method:

When ready to cook, set temperature to 180℉ and place mushrooms directly on the grill and smoke for 30 minutes.

Increase the grill temperature to High and finish cooking mushrooms, about 15 minutes longer. Serve warm. Enjoy
