This delicious ‘raw’ slaw range is produced using a 2-3 week fermenting process – not only does this produce a delightfully zingy, crunchy and bright tasting slaw, but also allows the range to be rich in lactobacillus, a microbe which promotes a happier and healthier gut.

This beneficial bacteria is ideal for helping to fight infection and boost immunity and benefits include:
