“Today, I'm going to show you how to bake a lovely sweet potato. These lovely sweet potatoes are organic which, I think, is the best way forward, and because they are organic, you can actually eat the skin as well.
You can also mash sweet potatoes and have a lovely sweet potato mash, with a drop of olive oil with salt and pepper, however, we really like them roasted. You can chop them up lengthwise as well and have a really nice healthy potato wedge. So again, we just pop in a little bit of olive oil, over the top, doesn't have to be too much at all.
And my little trick is to add in a dash of water. We always use alkalized water or at least filtered water. You can put in a little dash as well of Himalayan Rock Salt but today, I'm just going to cook them like this and put them into a warm oven of about 180, 190, and see how they're doing in about half an hour."
