First of all, give your sweet corn a nice wash. Of course, if you buy your sweet corn that's got all of the green leaves, strip them down and get rid of them so you're left with a nice yellow sweet corn. Now, literally, there are gadgets you can buy, of course, but I literally just start at the top and slice all the way down......."
